Booking Policy

Please pre-pay for the appropriate number of hours at least one day in advance, in order to book your classes. Once registered, please contact me to set the schedule at a mutually convenient time. This guarantees the coach’s availability for the desired day and time. If the payment is not made, the class is considered canceled.

Classes will only be scheduled after pre-payment to ensure a reserved spot.

Refund

This section applies to Skype-only programs (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced).

When you register for a Skype-only program (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients I can take on.

Use the Skype hours the way you need them. Give me plenty of feedback regarding what type of help you need and how you would like to change the approach, and take charge: I will guide you to reach your goal. If you need a more structured program, then let us know and we’ll find one that works for you.

During our Skype coaching sessions, we adjust our approach based on client feedback to help achieve the desired results.

For that reason, I don’t offer refunds. If you want to make sure my style is right for you, I suggest booking an hour to start. If you end up wanting a package, I’ll apply the fee for that hour towards the total price, if booked within a reasonable time (please check with me to find out if you qualify).

Cancellation Policy

This section applies to ONE-OFF, occasional class cancellations from the Skype-only programs.

  • Please E-mail your cancellation at least one day in advance and wait for the coach’s confirmation.
  • I require 24 hours notice to cancel a session. Contact the coach directly if you must cancel a session. If your coach cancels the session and it cannot be made up, you will be credited for that session.

    There are no refunds for no-show or same-day cancellations.

    My existing students benefit from different discounts. To qualify as an existing student, you need continuity of your classes on a weekly basis.

    This section applies to DIY programs (Do It Yourself).

    First of all, please don’t sign up if you are planning to get a refund, because I am certainly interested in spending my time coaching students who are 100% committed.

    TRÈS IMPORTANT: It is not me who can guarantee the results of this program for you. We are a team, and I give you 100% commitment as well as resources. The person who has to guarantee the results is you: to take the information you receive from me and fly with it. After I invest my time and resources, it is you who turns them into gold.

    So, I don’t give refunds. Why? Because I know that, if you actually DO the work, you’ll get exceptional results.

    Because, at the time of your registration, I commit for life to your best progress in French, giving you lifetime access for questions and new resources, for as long as we support your particular program. This benefit is provided based on current availability and program policies.

    If your program includes a 30-day money-back guarantee in our written agreement, you forfeit the bonuses as well as the money paid; it will be at our discretion to offer you equivalent products if:
    – payments are not made on time, or
    – you choose not to continue the program after the first 30 days.

    When we first discuss about your enrolment in my programs, I take my time to give you all the information you need in order to make your decision. A free assessment class is also available. A second (paid) class can also be an option.

    Tired of sitting through hour-long video training programs? I bet! That’s why every training video is between 15-20 minutes. I want you to learn, practice and put together a conversation as quickly as possible. No overwhelm or boredom.

    You can download the files and practice on your iPod or in the car, then Llyane will guide your pronunciation, and understanding of grammar and phrase construction when you meet on Skype or on the phone.

    You can also have the conversation sessions by phone, and I have a free phone conference number and access code for you if you prefer it this way.
