THIS IS HOW TO ENTERTAIN YOURSELF DURING THE SELF-ISOLATION CHALLENGE

self-isolation

So, are you prepared to entertain yourself even more than you thought possible?

Because of the overwhelming generosity of all cultural institutions around the world, now it’s possible.

I must confess, I thought that I’d have to come up with a lot of entertaining material to help my community go through these difficult times.

Read the article below, to find out what has been made available during the self-isolation, and watch the videos for entertainment you never thought possible.

First, I want to make sure you know this:

I’m here for you

There have been too many words spoken these days, and I feel that many of us need more than ever quiet time.

I have my ear open for anybody who needs support. We are here for you, with all our channels open: website chat, email, Skype/Zoom calls.

This post is here for you when you need to distance from the immediacy of the situation around us.

When you need quiet for your mind, when you need to decompress.

The first impression may be that, during self-isolation, it’s too quiet, too little movement, that we need things to happen around us.

With the flood of urgent information coming at us every hour, that is not what our brain needs.

More than anything, our brain needs quiet.

To have that replenishing quiet, we need to invest ourselves in activities that fills us with pleasure.
