Learning French for beginners
1. Learn 10 nouns, using the Reverso.net online dictionary.
2. Learn the top 10 most commonly used verbs, using the Conjuguetamere.com online resource.
3. Practice pronunciation daily, using the Daily Minute with J’Ouellette® podcast.
4. Write a one-page introduction of yourself in English, and translate it in French – underline all the verbs and compare with the list from step #2 – those are the additional verbs you need to learn.
5. Identify all the words you didn’t know in the step #4 – those are the additional words that you must know ASAP.
6. Practice making your English sentences in a very simplified way, as if for a 4 year old. These sentences should reflect your life, so that you can use them in real life conversation. THEN translate them in French and keep them in a journal.
