Prepare for your next trip to Paris

1. Learn the pronunciation rules of the French language before you have a large vocabulary. Don’t memorize them: practice them over and over again.

2. Use a strong program in the form of an audiobook, stay consistent with it and don’t judge your progress.

3. Learn the necessary verbs in the most commonly used tenses – but do it in context, while making sentences that reflect your reality. Don’t memorize them like a limerick.

4. Communicate with people who learn using the same method, so that you can correct each other efficiently.

5. Learn the basics of the French culture and etiquette, some history and some trivia. You need topics to talk about when in Paris 😉

6. Find a French language coach who uses that method and can put all these elements together for you, and who also focuses on helping you become self sufficient, rather than dependent on them.
