Booking Policy

Please pre-pay for the appropriate number of hours at least one day in advance, in order to book your classes. Once registered, please contact me to set the schedule at a mutually convenient time. This guarantees the coach’s availability for the desired day and time. If the payment is not made, the class is considered canceled.

Refund

This section applies to Skype-only programs (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced).

When you register for a Skype-only program (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients I can take on.

Use the Skype hours the way you need them. Give me plenty of feedback regarding what type of help you need and how you would like to change the approach, and take charge: I will guide you to reach your goal. If you need a more structured program, then J’Ouellette® Intensif or J’Ouellette® Bilingual Express are for you.

For that reason, I don’t offer refunds. If you want to make sure my style is right for you, I suggest booking an hour to start. If you end up wanting a package, I’ll apply the fee for that hour towards the total price, if booked within a reasonable time (please check with me to find out if you qualify).

Cancellation Policy

This section applies to ONE-OFF, occasional class cancellations from the Skype-only or in-person programs.

Full program cancellations are addressed in the REFUNDS and 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE sections.

  • Please E-mail your cancellation at least one day in advance and wait for the coach’s confirmation. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation from your coach, please call and leave a message.

  • The Skype-only programs are scheduled based on your request, once or more times a week (Example: if you booked 10 hours, to be used 2 times/week, your period booked is 5 weeks).

    I require 24 hours notice to cancel a session. Contact the coach directly if you must cancel a session. You are allowed up to two (2) make-up sessions per month, with proper notice. Make-up sessions must be held within 30 days and will not be credited or refunded, nor may they be used in lieu of regularly scheduled sessions. If your coach cancels the session and it cannot be made up, you will be credited for that session.

    There are no refunds for no-show or same-day cancellations.

  • If you are booking the hours on a monthly basis, you can make-up a cancelled class during that month, or else the class is forfeited. If you booked a 15-hour package, you can make-up a cancelled class within 15 weeks from the booking date.

  • After 3 (three) cancellations in a row, it is at the discretion of your coach to refund the balance of the fee already paid and, if the student wishes to continue, negotiations for a more appropriate product/service will take place.

    My existing students benefit from different discounts. To qualify as an existing student, you need continuity of your classes on a weekly basis.

  • If you are booking the classes on a monthly basis, and if/when you decide to discontinue coaching, I require fifteen (15) days notice. Such notice must be given in writing or by phone to the J’Ouellette® office (Skype ID “j-ouellette”). If proper notice is not given, you will be responsible for the next month’s contracted sessions.

    First of all, please don’t sign up if you are planning to get a refund, because I am certainly interested in spending my time coaching students who are 100% committed.

    TRÈS IMPORTANT: It is not me who can guarantee the results of this program for you. We are a team, and I give you 100% commitment as well as resources. The person who has to guarantee the results is you: to take the information you receive from me and fly with it. After I invest my time and resources, it is you who turns them into gold.

    So, I don’t give refunds. Why? Because I know that, if you actually DO the work, you’ll get exceptional results.

    Because, at the time of your registration, I commit for life to your best progress in French, giving you lifetime access for questions and new resources as well as the unheard of guarantee that your Skype classes never expire (when you are a J’Ouellette® Member). If in our written agreement, your program came with a 30-day money back guarantee, you forfeit these bonuses as well as the money paid, and it will be at my discretion to offer you the equivalent in products if:
    – payments are not made on time, AND
    – there is not enough time allotted to complete 4 Skype classes in the first 30 days, and complete homework, or
    – you decide not to continue the program after the first 30 days

    IF YOU NEED A BREAK OR CAN’T CONTINUE AFTER THE FIRST 30 DAYS:
    – You will receive all the video-lessons for your study
    – Your Skype classes never expire (if you are a J’Ouellette® Member), so you can come back after your hiatus, and continue where you left off

    Digital Products (video/audio files and transcripts)

    I do not offer refunds for digital products, as they can be easily copied. Please watch the Demo videos, before you decide to purchase.

    Tired of sitting through hour-long video training programs? I bet! That’s why every training video is between 15-20 minutes. I want you to learn, practice and put together a conversation as quickly as possible. No overwhelm or boredom.

    You can download the files and practice on your iPod or in the car, then Llyane will guide your pronunciation, and understanding of grammar and phrase construction when you meet on Skype or on the phone.

    You can also have the conversation sessions by phone, and I have a free phone conference number and access code for you if you prefer it this way.
